Our Policies-Terms-Conditions
Best Service - Home and Office cleaning service values your home and knows how important your home is to you. Best Services appreciates your business. For the protection of our clients and guarantee the safety of our company, please read the following Policies and Terms;
General
For your protection, Best Service - Home and Office cleaning service is fully insured with a general liability insurance policy up to $1,000,000 (Pekin Insurance Company). For your protection, while we do work in your home this policy assures that your property is safeguarded by our insurance.
Appointments
Our regular working hours are from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Mondays through Fridays.
Saturdays from 7.00 A.M. to 2.00 P.M. We will make every effort to arrive on time at your home. Appointments may be scheduled in addition to regular hours for: one time thorough cleanings, move-in/out cleanings, holiday and party assistance.
Payment for Services
Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service.
If we arrive to clean and there is no payment provided, we will contact you immediately for payment arrangements or reschedule your appointment. There is a $10 fee if you neglect to leave payment, and we, at our discretion, complete the cleaning. A 12% finance charge will be added to unpaid balances over 30 days.
Customers may leave a credit card number in a secured file with Best Service to use in the event you forget to leave your payment on the scheduled cleaning day.
Monthly payments
Monthly billing is available upon request at no extra charge. Service is billed in advance and due on the 15th of each month. A 12% finance charge will be added to unpaid balances over 30 days. A $15 late fee will apply if payment is not received by the 15th.
Best Service - Home and Office cleaning service gladly accepts payment in the following forms:
Cash
Personal and certified Checks (Please make checks payable to Best Service)
Credit Cards (credit card payments are processed through Pay Pal).
Returned check policy: Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee. If your bank is in error, they should reimburse you for this expense. After 60 business days, all unpaid accounts will be processed through local authorities for recovery (CREDITORS RESOURCE GROUP) .There is a $75 fee, plus any attorney’s fees, in addition to the balance due, for any account we must refer to collections. We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your report.
Note:
If your check bounces, you could be liable for:
1, the amount of check plus
2, 3 times the amount of the check (not less than $100 and not more than $500) plus
3, attorney's fees and court costs.
Bad check writer also face criminal penalties.
Cancellations
We reserve time for your cleaning, therefore we appreciate a 48-hour cancellation notice. That will allow us to reassign the service provider or team to another appointment. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and have turned away other potential customers in order to ensure your timeframe. There is no charge for cancellations made with 24-hour notice on business days. However, we charge $25 fee for any cancellation without 24hours notice. We charge $35 destination fee. (100% of cleaning fee during peak holiday season)
Refunds
Cleaning is a very subjective and personalized service and we cannot offer refunds to customers. However we want you to be 100% satisfied,this is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will re-clean the area/areas you were not satisfied with at no additional cost to you. There are no refunds for gift certificate purchases.
Damage/Broke
We fell so sorry if something broke. Usually nothing happens our girls are so carefully. But accidents do occur. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. For this reason, we request all irreplaceable items (whether sentimentally or monetarily valuable) be stored and/or not cleaned by our staff. If damage is discovered Best Service must be notified within 48 hours of service. Please, call us and we will be glad to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
Cleaning Services is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
Keys and Alarm Systems
Most Best Service customers leave a key to their home at our office, and we take extreme measures to protect each key. We assign every customer key a security code and store it in a key safe. Managers will access your key the day of your scheduled cleaning, and then return it to the safe by the end of the day. No identifying information is ever put on any key. Also for your safety, we do not return keys by mail. Customers must come in person to the Best Service office and present a picture ID before a key will be released. If you have an alarm system at your home and it is simple to operate, you can give instructions on its operation to your Best Service office. However, if your alarm system is complicated, we prefer that your alarm be left off on the day of the cleaning.Additional services
We will need to schedule additional time for additional services and give you a quote for extra services, so please let us know 24 hours in advance.
Employees
Safety is of utmost concern and to be sure we keep our employees safe from injury, they are unable to move anything heavier than 35 lbs and do not use ladders. If you would like us to clean behind appliances (oven, couch, refrigerator, etc.), please move prior to our arrival.
Tipping
Best Service - Home and Office cleaning services never requires tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your service provider.If you receive superior service a gratuity is appreciated. Remember your appreciation need not be monetary. A personal note from you expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.
Referral Fee
Should you wish to hire a present or past Best Service staff member for any home-related service outside of your agreement with Best Service, our referral fee is $2,500. This fee is due within 30 days of notification from Best Service. If the fee is not paid, Best Service reserves the right to pursue other methods of collection. You further agree to reimburse us for any and all collection or legal fees we incur in collecting this fee.
Privacy Policy

job of dusting and vacuuming throughout your house.
Attention is paid to baseboards, ceiling fixtures, cobwebs,
sliding glass doors, windowsills, etc. Kitchen and bathroom
floors are always given special attention. The bathrooms
and the kitchen sink and counter area must be sanitized,
deodorized and disinfected. Essentially, we do all the
things you would do if you had the time. Additional
services include changing linens, watering plants, window
washing, and interior cleaning of ovens and refrigerators.

one time cleaning?
We are happy to do one time cleanings. None of service
is too small or too big for us. Just contact to us to

and how do I arrange for service?
Some clients desire an immediate cleaning visit others
prefer receiving a free in home estimate before a cleaning
visit is scheduled. For a one-time only House Cleaning,
simply inform us how long you would like to have us
to clean. We charge $18.00/hour/person. We can help
you over the phone estimate how much time you need.
If you are interested in an on going service just contact
us, we set up an appointment for a free in-home estimate.
The estimate takes approximately 15 minutes. During
which time will be any question answered, we will visit
each room and explain the task that will be completed.
If you decide to have regular service, you don't need
sign anything. We will work on a bid or hourly rate
